Refund Policy

At Trash Can Dashers LLC, we strive to provide reliable and affordable trash can mobility services to our community. We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to make our refund process as straightforward as possible.

 

 Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel service at any time by contacting us directly by phone or Email. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled service to avoid charges for that cycle.

 

 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• Refunds will not be issued for:

• Missed service due to inaccessible bins, locked gates, or unsafe conditions on the property.

• Municipal delays or third-party waste hauler issues outside our control.

• Same-day cancellations or requests made after service has been rendered.

 

.Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. We do not issue cash refunds.
